AI voice roleplay
The Playbook
Every call in the life of a deal, in the order the calls arrive, with an AI buyer to practice each one against.
The arc
One deal, six calls
A deal is a sequence of calls, and each one fails in its own way. The cold call dies in the first seconds. Discovery dies politely. The demo dies behind a turned-off camera, the deal that loved the demo dies in the silence after it, and the money conversation dies one volunteered discount at a time. The Playbook follows one deal through all of it, chapter by chapter, in the order things actually happen.
The skills compound in the same order. The composure you build against cold-call brush-offs is what holds discovery open. What discovery surfaces is what the demo has to prove, and it becomes the case you make when the money comes up. The follow-up that revives a quiet deal sets the tone for the close, and everything that came before decides how the renewal goes.
Each chapter opens with the moments that decide that call: what the buyer says, what they're privately thinking, and the counter that works. The hardest objections get lessons of their own, with a sample call where you can hear the counter handled live, and the same buyer waiting when you want to try it yourself. Read it in order, or jump straight to the call that's currently costing you deals. Both work. The order just compounds.
